Shipment processing time
We process and ship most orders within 5-7 days and some orders may arrive sooner. Due to COVID, our turnaround for fulfillment of some orders can occasionally run longer than usual (sometimes up to 2-3 weeks).cessed within 1-2 business days. However, production times will vary depending on the item ordered.
Shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, customers may experience delays and we will communicate changes in customers’ order status via email.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Many of our products ship within 1-3 days but be prepared for delays. For some products, our fulfillment times are currently longer than usual and may continue to increase until Covid-19 is controlled.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Alter Ego Expressions LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Alter Ego Expressions LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally. Carriers and rates for international shipping will vary. Shipping carrier and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. Due to COVID precautions, we also temporarily do not accept returns of clothing, apparel, or sanitary or personal care goods like face masks / gaiters, face shields, etc.
