I'm Ayanna Ali, founder and principal artist of Alter Ego Expressions. My work lives somewhere between imagination, alternative fashion, and the unconventional. I create characters and worlds that invite people to explore different sides of themselves.

What began as artwork translated onto everyday pieces has grown into something more expansive. With UNFRAMED, Alter Ego Expressions brought its characters into three-dimensional form through original garments, theatrical silhouettes, and a runway experience where art became something you could wear, move in, and become.
